Kelly Jordan-Sciutto, PhD
Associate Professor
The University of Pennsylvania

Dr. Jordan-Sciutto's laboratory investigates molecular mechanisms uncerlying neurodegenerative processes in the hopes of identifying common and unique players in determining neuronal survival among several neurodegenerative diseases. Currently she is focusing her research efforts on the role of cell cycle proteins, the endogenous anti-oxidant response and unfolded protein response in three neurodegenerative disorders: HIV encephalitis, Alzheimer's disease, and Parkinson's disease.
